Hello

Just started using Animate again V4.2 on SketchupPro 2013 on Win764 and every time i draw an animation path it closes SketchUp with a BugSplat.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Did you reinstall SU Animate 4.2 for SketchUp 2013.  you have to install the .rbz version.

Yes, I removed all previous versions and used the latest.
I did already have Podium Walker installed, could there be a problem with installation order?

Nah that didn't work either

No.  We are using SU Animate and Podium Walker on several machines.  There's no difference in what order you install.
There's a couple of possibilities
1. Would be the model itself.  Something in the model
2. More likely is there's another plug-in that is interfering.  SU Animate is purely a ruby program.  It does not access the network so there is no firewall issues that i'm aware of.

Look in the plugins folder to see if you have these .rb files:
extensions.rb sketchup.rb and langhandler.rb.
These all belong in the \SketchUp xxx\Tool\ folder and not the the SketchUp xxx\plugins folder
That would be one check you could do.

Still trying all sorts of things but still cant fix this problem.
I feel the blank dialog may be a clue but not sure what to try next.

Are you getting blank dialog boxes with any thing else.  Try SketchUp/ Windows/  component options or Extension Warehouse.  Are these producing blank dialogs.
Also, can you upload or send a screen shot of your plugins folder?
